Fun Exercises to Keep your Child Active;
Animal races: Hop like a bunny or frog, squat and waddle like a duck, etc.
Obstacle course: Create a furniture course in your home or take chalk and make a course outside.
Headstands: A great activity for your core muscles and to get blood going to the brain.
Yoga: Children often want to spend time with their parents and do “grown-up” things. Join your child in a yoga workout in order to enhance flexibility, improve strength and develop coordination.
Gorilla Walk: This is a great exercise for core movement, and will have your child laughing. Place your fists and feet flat on the floor, then move each leg and arm at the same time (right foot and right-hand moves, then left foot and left-hand moves).
